Room sizes are shockingly cramped!!! The bathroom design is absurdly inefficient with a sliding door that offers no privacy!!! Make sure to check the noise levels from the halls—thin walls make for a sleepless night!!!

The staff here were friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the clean pool area. However, the noise from the highway was disruptive at night, so requesting a room at the front might help. Overall, a decent stay, but could benefit from some soundproofing improvements.

The location was convenient, near attractions, but the noise from the nearby highway was quite disruptive at night. Additionally, the beds lacked comfort, leading to restless sleep. Unfortunately, a fire alarm interrupted the morning, which was disappointing.

This place suits me perfectly. Free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center enhance my stay. I still remember how the staff helped me return my forgotten earphones. Highly recommend for comfortable stays. I'm coming back for a business trip!

great access to shopping and parks in santa rosa

I loved that this hotel was so close to great spots like the Charles M. Schulz Museum and the Laguna de Santa Rosa, making it perfect for leisurely strolls and exploring the area. The staff was super friendly and welcoming during my stay.

I stayed here with friends for a fun weekend. We explored the stunning hiking trails and did some mountain biking nearby. The breakfast was a hit, and the staff made us feel welcome. Just a heads up—the freeway noise can be pretty loud, especially in certain rooms.

We had some trouble with the cleanliness of one of our rooms upon arrival. The carpet was stained, which was a bit disappointing.

The large walk-in shower was a lovely touch, and we felt safe and relaxed throughout our stay. The breakfast was the highlight, offering a variety of delicious options, along with great coffee. The staff was really friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome.

The staff did an excellent job accommodating my request for a quieter room after my first night. I appreciated the cleanliness and modern feel of the large King Room, which made my stay comfortable despite the location noise.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Standard King Room. The shower was spacious with glass doors. Breakfast was satisfying with hot options. Staff was cute and helpful. Cleanliness was great. 😊
